Joseph Mullin, CEO and Director, QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd. Joseph Mullin has served as the CEO of QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd. since August 2019. He is a Partner and Director of Mount Arvon Partners LLC, and he was previously the CEO and Director of Buckingham Copper Corp. He is an Independent Director of Industria Metals. and Pure Energy Minerals Limited. Mr. Mullin has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, restructuring, resources and consulting. He has served as a Consultant, Trust Advisory Committee Member, Chief Restructuring Officer, Creditor Committee Member and executive to several companies through Joseph E. Mullin LLC. He began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department at Goldman Sachs, was a Private Equity Analyst at WL Ross / Invesco Ltd. and a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Global Investments Ltd. He has a B.A. from Harvard University.

Dr. Barresi is a geologist with over fifteen years of precious and base metal exploration experience. He has conducted successful exploration programs on grassroots and brownfield projects, and specializes in exploring for porphyry, epithermal gold and volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) style deposits. Dr. Barresi obtained his B.Sc. (honours) from Saint Mary’s University in 2004 and Ph.D. from Dalhousie University in 2015. His Ph.D. thesis focused on the interplay between island-arc evolution and mineral deposit formation in northwestern British Columbia, including within the prolific Golden Triangle where many of QuestEx’s key properties are situated. Dr. Barresi was awarded the prestigious Mary-Claire Ward Geoscience Award for his Ph.D. thesis by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) and the Geological Association of Canada (GAC). Dr. Barresi was previously President and Director of Triumph Gold Corp. During his tenure at Triumph he built a fifty person team of explorers and support personnel who are credited with discoveries of the high grade Blue Sky and WAu Breccias, which yielded some of the best greenfield drill intersections globally in 2018 and 2019. Dr. Barresi continues to act as a Technical Advisor for Triumph Gold Corp., and is an outside Director of ArcWest Exploration Inc.

Cecil R. Bond is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 25 years of professional experience in public and private companies. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town in 1981. Mr. Bond currently serves as a director and Executive Vice President Finance of Rugby Mining Limited (Rugby), a director of Inflexion Resources and holds senior executive positions in a number of private companies. His recent experience is in the junior mining industry, where he served as a director, Chief Financial Officer or senior executive of a number of public companies, notably Exeter Resource Corp., Extorre Gold Mines Ltd, Argosy Minerals Ltd, Argosy Mining Corp., Mzuri Energy Corp and Kibo Mining., Over the last 25 years he has held various positions with public exploration companies with projects and discoveries in Canada, South America, Africa, Europe and Australia. Mr. Bond was the Chief Financial Officer of Exeter Resource Corp. from 2005 until 2017, during which time he aided in the discovery and advancement of the enormous Caspiche copper-gold sulphide project. Exeter was purchased by Goldcorp Inc. in 2017. He successfully managed capital raisings and the spin out of Exeter’s high grade goldsilver Cerro Moro project in Argentina to Extorre Gold Mines Ltd., which was taken over by Yamana Gold in 2012.

Dr. Oliver has more than 25 years exploration experience specializing in global mineral deposit evaluations and early to advanced stage project valuations. He has worked on five continents, in 25 countries and examined or worked on approximately 400 mineral occurrences or deposits. He has acted as a geological consultant to major mining companies, to junior companies and to government geological surveys. Most recently Dr. Oliver held the title of Vice President of Geology for the Hunter Dickinson (HDI) Group of Companies. In that role he was instrumental in the successful acquisition of several mineral projects and deposits and provided leading edge geoscience input on a diverse range of deposit types. Above all, Jim is a committed and energetic explorationist and his successful track record is a strong testament to that commitment.

Mr. Fleming has over 35 years’ experience in the generation, management and implementation of successful mineral exploration throughout North America. He began his career with Amax Minerals/Canamax Resources Inc., an exploration group responsible for Yukon exploration and development at the Ketza River Gold Mine and Sa Dena Hes zinclead-silver mine. Mr. Fleming has worked with several major mining companies, including Cyprus Canada and Kennecott Canada. More recently, he was part of exploration and development at the Meadowbank Gold Deposit with Cumberland Resources Ltd. (acquired by Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. in 2007) as well as Vice President of Exploration for Foran Mining from 2011 to 2018. Mr. Fleming is a Professional Geoscientist with the APEGBC and holds a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.
